The first Vector model, the W2, debuted in 1978. It was powered by a 6.0-liter V8 engine that produced 625 horsepower and could reach a top speed of 242 mph. The W2 was followed by the W8, which was produced between 1989 and 1993. It was even more powerful than its predecessor, with a 6.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V8 engine that generated 625 horsepower and could reach speeds of over 220 mph.
